Terms

Terms — owner and legal approval required

These interim launch terms describe how the free pilot behaves without inventing a publisher identity, governing law, business address or legal promise.

Owner-approved legal terms and contact details are still required before broad public promotion.

Current status of these terms

This is a product-behaviour summary for a limited free pilot, not a complete production contract.

The owner must still supply the contracting entity, address, governing law, eligibility, support contact, dispute process and effective date before broad public promotion.

Assessment limitation

The product describes patterns across the tasks and context a person selects. It does not provide employment, legal, financial, medical or other regulated advice.

Results are informational and incomplete because they do not include local hiring demand, employer plans, personal finances, health, credentials or every task performed.

No guaranteed outcome

A score does not guarantee career safety, job retention, promotion, salary, hiring, business performance, accuracy of future technology or suitability of an occupation.

A high exposure or leverage score is not an instruction to adopt a tool. A high resilience score is not a promise that demand will remain stable.

Responsible use

Do not use the product as an automated hiring, firing, redundancy or eligibility decision.

Do not submit confidential employer information, personal data about another person, illegal material or attempts to interfere with the service.

Private result links should be protected and shared only with people the result owner trusts.

Free launch and future changes

No payment is collected during the Founding 100 launch.

If paid access is introduced later, the price, taxes, delivery, renewal status, cancellation and refund rules must be presented before checkout.

Material terms require an owner-approved effective date and cannot be inferred from this interim summary.
