What can be corrected
Corrections can cover a factual statement, source attribution, occupation task, calculation display, broken link, accessibility problem or wording that overstates the evidence.
Product disagreements are considered, but a correction record requires a specific issue that an editor or reviewer can inspect.
What to include
Identify the public URL, quote or describe the exact statement or task, explain the suspected problem and provide an authoritative source where possible.
Include the date you observed it because source releases and method versions change. Never include a private result token, assessment answers or confidential employer information.
What happens during review
An editor records the report, checks the cited evidence and identifies whether scoring, occupation or legal review is needed.
The decision may confirm the original text, clarify it, correct it or block it from publication. Material changes name the reviewer and release version before they go live.
What the public record contains
A safe change record describes the affected page, the nature of the issue and the correction date without exposing a person’s identity, private result or security detail.
Historic reports retain their original scoring and data versions so a correction does not make an earlier result impossible to interpret.
Current launch limitation
The correction workflow is implemented locally, but the production contact destination and response commitment are owner-controlled launch details.
